Problem: In today's market, Realtors provide 84% of the information to consumers during their home search. Realtors, along with their database of clientele, are the biggest and most effective sales force for selling real estate. The Cliffs' understood that through increasing their relationship with Realtors, the result would be an increase in their sales opportunities. The Cliffs' Realtor participation level was extremely low. There was also a lack of an effective program to reach out to Realtors/brokers to include them in the sales process. The old sales tools of providing Realtors with print materials to pass out to their clientele was limiting with a minimal ROI.

Solution: The Cliffs made a conscious decision to increase the participation level of Realtors and brokers. Results: Within 1 year of utilizing Agent Shield along with a specific broker campaign for reaching out to Realtors, sales at The Cliffs from Realtors rose from 6% to 28% (a 467% increase).
